Unity stuck in 'Failed to load window layout'

Unity stuck in 'Failed to load window layout'
When I try to open my project I get this error: I’ve tried all the buttons but they don’t work, I tried creating a new project, also doesn’t work, I tried renaming the project, no luck, I tried going to the root of Unity and looking in the Preferences/Layouts folder for ‘LastLayout’ but I didn’t find that file. Can anyone help me? Alex
