How to make your computer faster in just 20 seconds? I found this one powerful setting that is so easy to use, and you don't need 3rd party apps! Press windows key r, then type in sysdm.cpl, click ok, then under system properties, go to advanced tab, change the settings under performance, and choose adjust for best performance.
